Greetings Potential Vendor,
The Southern University Alumni Federation Home Chapter is announcing the following vendor opportunities to be held on the Campus of Southern University:

The Annual Black Ball
Saturday, February 22, 2025,6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Held inside SU Student Union
-
Space for 10 x10 tent and / or table (s)

Vendor will provide all setup items

Space is limited for this event; space held upon receipt of payment

Last pay date for the Black Ball event: February 20, 2025

Event tickets are $75 per person
Annual Crawfish Boil and Music Festival
Saturday, May 3, 2025, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Held outdoors on Mayberry Lawn

No food or alcohol sales allowed; candy and desserts are exceptions

Event tickets are $35 per person
In addition to your merchandise items, we recommend bringing your Southern University Blue and Gold items for sale, as well as related paraphernalia for sororities and fraternities.
We would love for you to join us. The vendor fee is $100 for profit businesses and individuals and $75 for non-profit organizations and SU Home Chapter members.
